BG series automatic bottle blowing machine is a two-step downward blowing type automatic bottle blowing equipment in our factory. It can blow from one out of one to one out of eight cavities. The maximum can blow 2L containers, and it can blow 25ml. Multifunctional automatic bottle blowing equipment up to 2 liters. It is suitable for blowing any shape of edible oil bottles, carbonated beverage bottles, mineral water bottles, cosmetic bottles and large-caliber bottles with PET plastic as raw material.
Machine features:

2. The infrared lamp tube is used for heating, with strong penetrating power, the preform is heated by rotation, orbital revolution, heating is even, fast and reliable;
3. The lamp tube in the heating zone, the width and height of the heating zone can be adjusted to suit the heating of preforms of different structures, and there is an automatic temperature exhaust device to ensure the constant temperature of the drying tunnel;

Matching mold

BG uses CAD-CAM to design molds with full anti-corrosion treatment and is processed by CNC machine tools with high precision to achieve smooth lines and accurate capacity. After processing, the appearance size is consistent with the design drawing, and the design mold size drawing is provided free of charge.
